FN FNX-45 Tactical FDE and Black
The FNX-45 Tactical in FDE and now black, now for your VR shootin. Features of a full set of custom handling and firing sounds, as well as a LAM, suppressor, and working slide cap. Just bring any attachment near the slide cap to hide it and attach an optic or whatever else you'd like.
Gameplay video:https://youtu.be/sDK3HncU-QQ Sounds are a bit outdated, as I've remixed the action and firing sounds to be less loud and crunchy, though you can still hear the action when firing. That's my personal preference, but let me know what you think.

Known issues:* The flashlight is very dim on most maps. This seems to currently just be a limitation of what we can do with the current modding tools, so for now there's not really anything I can do about it * The slide cap doesn't reappear after being hidden, not super sure why but not a big enough deal to hold the release back * MEATS doesn't properly recognize the weapon as a pistol * Some have reported being unable to vault the weapon, but I haven't been able to recreate this
To do:* Related to the above, the model's included Romeo pistol sight isn't implemented because right now there's no way to make custom optics. When folks smarter than me figure that out, I'll put it in here * Working magazine follower with H3VR Utilities, mostly dependent on me getting the time to go to my local rental place to check one out in person for some reference pictures * Different magazine capacities, so you can roleplay living in a state that sucks * FNX-9? And Osprey 9. Mostly depends on finding a good model for it, otherwise I'll just make an alternate version of this that can take 9mm
1.1.1* Redesigned magazine and magwell collisions to hopefully make it overall easier to load without getting physically stuck * Removed lonely black FNX from the main spawner category * While I'm at it, added the suppressors and LAMs to the respective main categories
1.1* Added black variants * Added rendered spawner icons * Removed unused textures, greatly reducing filesize * Corrected trigger pull, is now on a rotation instead of a transform * Added and improved sounds for the hammer and trigger reset * Safety should behave correctly and consistently now * Added manual decocker: Slide up on the right side of your touch pad, basically the opposite motion of putting up the slide lock * Corrected missing geometry around firing pin * Raised bottom of reload trigger; magazines have be fed further into the magwell before they're considered "loaded" * Lowered magazine hold position, so they sit higher up over the hand and should be better with bigger controllers * Created new magazine category and added the items to it; no more magazine overlap with the MK 23

Really nice gun, very fun to play with and use in different game modes! Would love to see some different mag sizes, maybe of the larger than life variety for hi-cap fun

Hello everybody. If you used the installer, the mod is found in the 'mods' folder rather than the 'virtualobjects' folder because the gun has been packaged as a hotmod. For those manually installing their mods, since it is a hotmod, you will need Sideloader and XUnity RR for it to work properly. You need to extract the ZIP first as the hotmod is inside the zip, then place the hotmod inside your 'mods' folder. Wish that Bonetome will have paragraph spacing for comments soon...

The gun itself will be found in the "Pistols" category, at the very end. If you have tons of custom weapons installed, it may take a moment for the game to register your guns properly, so give at most a few minutes for them to load.

hello I followed to instructions on how to install the gun I downloaded it and put it in my h3vr mods folder but when I loaded into my game it was not their anyone know how to fix this?

think i found why this mod doesnt work. i was looking around int he virtual objects and didnt see the name for this mod. but the other weapon mods i have all show up there. either the mod installer isnt putting the necessary files where they go or mod makers are forgetting to add the files necessary to make them an object in the game.
